- Travel agencies welcome. An additional administration fee will be charged – please phone for prices.
- A bill-back procedure will only apply once an official voucher has been received.
- Reservations will only be confirmed as booked once a deposit equivalent to at least one night’s accommodation has been received.
- Confirmed bookings not cancelled by 12h00pm on the expected day of arrival will be subject to late cancellation fees.
- No show and no cancellation will result in the full bill being charged.
- No refunds for premature departures.
- Dinner bookings not cancelled by 15h00pm will be charged in full.
- Check-in from 14h00 pm
- Check-out by 10h00 am
- No more than 1 person allowed in a single room
- No more than 2 adults allowed per double room – unless authorized.
